Deliveries outside of Mainland UK (and/or included in the postcode list above) are chargeable and will be Price on Application (P.O.A)

Our standard deliveries are with an overnight courier and can happen between Tuesday and Friday. We are able to offer a weekend delivery service but this will incur an extra charge and will need to be arranged directly with us, please enquire if you are interested. We are unable to offer timed deliveries but tracking information will available via the courier website once the item is booked in. Should your delivery be handled differently we will contact you about this via email once you have placed your order.

We only deliver large items through a ground floor or basement entrance and go up to a second floor level. We cannot deliver above this level unless there is suitable lift access and we will not deliver items through windows. Any deliveries on our standard overnight courier service are only delivered to the door.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient access to allow the piece of furniture you have purchased into your home. Please measure any relevant doorways and access routes before placing your order

If you require a special delivery, any extra charges are to be paid by you, the customer. We sell some large and heavy products that on health and safety grounds require more than a two man delivery - we will call you to advise you of any extra cost involved in delivering before your order is processed.

While we aim to be as accurate as possible with our stock levels, availability and lead times this information can change at any time and is therefore approximate. Once your order is placed we will contact you with lead times or estimated delivery dates should your item be in stock. We will notify you immediately via email should any products you have ordered turn out to be unavailable.


If you want to cancel an order you must contact us by email or in writing immediately.

If your order is being delivered to a country in the EU, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you cancel your order in writing within 14 working days of receipt of your order, this legislation entitles you to a full refund including the original delivery cost. This also applies to orders cancelled before they are dispatched.

If you want to return items for a refund they must be returned to us in good, unused, condition, and in their original packaging. We recommend that the return delivery is insured as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a reliable, trackable means to return your order to us.

Refunds will be paid in the same form originally used for the purchase as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the products in the event that you do not return the products or you return them at our expense. We may deduct this charge from the refund.

Please note that this cancellation policy does have some limitations and does not apply to business customers or to private customers situated outside the European Economic Area.
